As a prerequisite to managing others, a leader must be able to manage themselves. This intensive workshop challenges current and future leaders to gain insight into their personal and professional responsibility for self-management. Ed O. Bridgman created this workshop to provide a structured learning experience designed to increase commitment to personal, professional and organizational excellence.
