LEADERSHIP FOR ENGINEERS
Objective: Customized leadership development
This workshop maybe taught in four or eight hours
Today’s work environment has forced people to wear multiple hats, some fit better than others because of our natural personality, education or background. Engineers possess many valuable qualities, but are seldom provided the management training required to be a strong leader. Ed O. Bridgman is a unique individual with an Electrical Engineering background and a Master’s degree in Business combined with a passion for working with people to reach their maximum potential. He has developed this workshop to speak the “Engineer’s” language while introducing valuable managerial concepts. Providing insight into the personal and professional responsibility for self-management extended to managing others.
Participants are provided a workbook.
