Should you choose EOB Consulting, Ed O. Bridgman himself will travel to your unique location to gain an understanding of your specific dream. He will spend up to three (3) days in the area researching and interviewing your competitors, local manufacturing jobs in the area, and government officials to determine if there is sufficient local market demand for what you want to supply. This is an accurate Competitive Analysis.

After returning to Alabama EOB Consulting Computer Aided Designers (CAD) will create the design that maximizes the value of your property. The designers will virtually drive on each road with the largest vehicles making certain each road is transversal, and each site is accessible. Once the Grand Design is complete, EOB Consulting will determine each Phase of the project. There is no limit to the number of versions we will create. We will keep working until you are happy.

EOB Consulting will work with you to determine the Construction Costs.

Armed with a CAD design and Competitive Analysis EOB Consulting will calculate the Revenue Stream by identifying the Rental Rate and Expected Occupancy Rate. The Revenue Stream is used to identify the Operating Cost. Everything is used to calculate the 10-year Cash Flow Analysis including:
