Investors Introductory Conference
I have been consulting in the RV Industry for nearly 10 years, helping people maximize the value of their RV Destinations and Boat and RV Storage Facilities. I have designed RV Destinations in several states and I own Homestead RV Community www.HomeRVC.com which is the most technologically advanced RV Destination in the world. I have earned a reputation as the Consultant to perform Feasibility Analysis and design “State-of-the-Art,” efficient, user-friendly and profitable RV Destination. Because of this; I present on the subject of “Developing the most technologically advanced RV Destination profitably” all over the country at Outdoor Hospitality Conferences for both the National and several State RV Associations.
After these presentations it is common for someone with a project to ask me to introduce them to either a public institution or private investor. Additionally, I receive calls weekly from both public and private investors who ask me to introduce them to people who require funding. I am always happy to connect these people and I have never accepted a Finder’s Fee.

Many Public Banks and Private Investors have enthusiastically responded to my invitation. For example; Berkshire Bank is sending two representatives from New York and there will be representatives from both public banks and private investors from Texas, Georgia, North Carolina, Florida and Alabama. All of these investors have paid a “Sponsor Fee” plus travel expenses, including hotels, rental car and meals in order to attend. They are willing to do so because they hope to secure loans on RV Destinations or Boat and RV Storage facility projects.
Allow me to repeat; These Public Banks and Private Investors would not be making this substantial financial investment if they were not hungry to invest money into the RV Destination and Boat and RV Storage Facility industry – in YOUR project.
We are charging each person who wishes to meet face-to-face with these investors $100.00, because if we didn’t require each person to pay something people would say they are coming and then not show up. These investors are sacrificing their money and time to meet with you. These investors are prepared to fund your project, you need to be here to explain;
- Where your project is located.
- What is the local market for your project?
- How much money do you require?
- When and how will you pay the loan back
